For years, I struggled with weight loss, trying various diets and workout regimens. Each method required significant sacrifices, particularly giving up my favorite foods. However, everything changed when I discovered the power of intermittent fasting, specifically fasting from 5 pm to 9 am. This simple habit allowed me to shed 5.2 kg in just 22 days, all while still indulging in the foods I love.

The Intermittent Fasting Routine

The principle behind my success was straightforward: I would stop eating at 5 pm and resume eating at 9 am the next day. This created a 16-hour fasting window, during which my body had ample time to burn through stored fat. The best part? Most of this fasting period coincided with my sleep schedule, making it incredibly easy to stick to without feeling deprived or hungry.

Adapting to the Fasting Window

The initial days were surprisingly smooth. Since the fasting window started at 5 pm, I made sure to have a hearty, balanced dinner.
